Our office is responsible for:
- Advising all entities of the Diocese regarding construction, renovations, maintenance and general building upkeep for all properties including:
- Environmental issues, such as asbestos, underground storage tanks, and lead
- Processing requests for projects in accordance with Diocesan policies and procedures
- Technical Review of Projects
- Providing sources and advice for the solution of problems related to facilities and properties
- Operation and Maintenance of the Catholic Pastoral Center and the Villa Maria Catholic Life Center
- Real Estate Issues including leases, acquisitions, alienations, etc.
- A resource for parishes and cemetery managers and to ensure adherence to both diocesan and state regulations
